I have sold hundreds of homes during my career, and have had the pleasure of clients referring me to their families, friends and neighbours. I have even worked with three generations of several families.I feel fortunate to be in the real estate industry, even after 30 years I still find it dynamic and challenging! It has given me the opportunity to meet a great diversity of people, whom I probably would not have encountered had I chosen another field. I believe this business brings out the best in me, and in turn, it is natural to pass that on to my clients in the level of service I provide them.
A few years ago, I obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. There are so many options for the 50+ crowd, from condos, land lease, life lease to recreational properties, just to name a few. Since Niagara is the largest retirement destination in Canada, it made sense to be able to offer this specialized information to people. I also have a Residential Relocation Specialist designation, and truly enjoy helping families move into this fabulous region!
