Assisting my Buyers for their next purchase whether its their first home or fifth is always conducted with the utmost care and attention to detail. I will review with my buyers before an offer is signed recent sales in the area as well as comparable homes currently listed. When showing a home I work at seeing beyond décor, I’m looking for structural deficiencies, plumbing and electrical concerns and any external neighborhood impacts that could potentially devalue your future investment.

Not only do I provide a free C.M.A (Appraisal) for my perspective Sellers I implore high end Social Media awareness, a Professional Photographer to showcase your home in stunning HD, Print advertising in key Strategic locations to not only attract Niagara and Hamilton Buyers but also bring awareness to the G.T.A. With all the technology available, personally, I still believe in hitting the pavement the old fashion way. Conducting open houses, creating unique just listed mailers and social gatherings are an incredible casual way to showcase your home.
